Engaging Young members
At ATL we recognised that a big additional issue for new teachers joining the profession (who are predominantly 'young', but not exclusively) is completing their studies to qualify as a Teacher.
Hence we provide them with an additional website and newsletter both called "new2teaching.org.uk"
Maybe a similar idea would be useful for unions organising other professions that require a formal qualification?
