Commission on Collective Voice at Work

Get involved

We want to know where and how staff and employers work with each other to build better businesses and happier workplaces. We want to know what it means to have a voice at work.

Can your research or experience help us answer these questions:

  1. What do employees/workers think about collective voice?
  2. What do employers understand about collective bargaining and voice?
  3. What do public policy makers understand about collective voice?

We'll be collecting evidence, examples and good ideas until January so we can understand how co-operation in the workplace means success in business.

Deadline for submissions is 17th January 2019.
